As a reminder, the tardy policy at CFR states that if you arrive late to a class you owe 20 Burpees before you leave. If you are more than 7 minutes late you are not allowed to participate in the class. This is typically a self enforced rule. Please complete your Burpees if you are late. You cooperation is greatly appreciated.
