Weighted Pull Ups 1-1-1-1-1
If you can’t do RX’d pull ups use bands and get 30 Dead hang pull ups.

Hang Power Snatch 1-1-1-1-1

Skill: Mobility Work- use the “running” mobility poster and try at least 4 mobility exercises.

If it rains on Saturday we will be moving the picnic to CFR. We will keep you posted on any potential changes.
