  1. Good morning, y’all! In case you aren’t aware of it, I wanted to let you know about beyondthewhiteboard.com. It’s a website where you join ($3.00 a month) and can electronically load all your WOD results. I USUALLY post the workout every day (unless I’m traveling), and then you can just log on and post your time or weight or other result. I think it’s a great tool because you can easily track your previous PRs; for instance, I can log on and click on my profile, and see what my history is for Power Cleans in preparation for tonight and it helps me know what to shoot for. One of the principles behind CrossFit is quantitative results – track your progress, compete with yourself, etc. Check it out!

  2. Although I haven’t been too good about logging my results lately, I use BTWB and recommend it.
