The CFR Picnic was a great event. Thanks to all who came out. It is always great to get together with everyone in a non gym environment. We really have a great group of people at CFR.

We have recently partnered with the Exceptional Foundation to provide a venue for an exercise field trip. If all goes well we are going to start hosting these visits on a monthly basis. This Thursday we will be hosting a group of people as they come and workout out at our gym. The event will begin at 2:45 and will last about an hour. If you would like to help please let me know. We are really looking forward to working with these folks.
