Paleo Challenge Info

The Paleo Challenge is a 60 day event that is designed to help you convert to a long term paleo lifestyle.  The Challenge will start on May 9th and will end on July 7th.  In order to take part you must do the following:

  1.  Pre challenge pictures (front, side and back) Men wearing shorts,ladies shorts and sports bras.Pictures must be submitted by  May 9th
  2. Eat only Paleo food for sixty days (no cheating)
  3. Complete the Pre-challenge WOD (Baseline fitness test) and submit your time. Can be completed any time we are open.  I will write it on the board.
  4. Set 30 Day, 60 Day and Long-term  goals ( I will have forms for you to fill out)
  5. Get serious about your fitness.  (WOD regularly during the challenge).
  6. Partner with an accountability buddy.  Find someone to help hold you accountable.  If you can’t find someone ask Alima or me.  We will be glad to help. 

Remember this is supposed to be fun.  Try new foods, or food you have not tried since you were a kid.  You are an adult now; you may find that your tastes have changed.  Attack this challenge, give 100% and you will be glad that you did. 


  1. I can be someone’s accountabilibuddy, since I’ve done this challenge with great success before (trying foods I’ve never eaten before, namely MEAT)… but I am getting a late start on this challenge so I can go on a birthday sugar bender May 22 weekend…
