Thanks. I think it was the combination of flip burger at lunch and a vigorous pre-wod warm up. All the burger and onion ring grease lubed up my joints and the warm up got them moving and ready for action.
And I forgot to write down my last 400 time, it was 1:37.
it was definitely the warm-up!
