  3. Kyle, I plan on coming in. Keep in mind my ankle. Still swollen; not nearly as painful to walk but still some pain. Does a row as sub for the runs sound good? and What are your thoughts on the Push Jerks….18 on a slightly swollen ankle. Game time call?
