We are really proud of everyone who has made it through the first week on the CFR Nutrition Program. Be sure to have a good plan in place for the weekend. The weekends usually are harder for people. Alima and I usually enjoy a cheat meal over the weekend. With this phase of the program being more strict, we will definitely be missing the splurge. Just stay active and stick to your plan. We are already hearing some great, early success stories. We are really excited to see everyone transition to a healthier lifestyle.
