Skill:  Double Unders 150 or 500 Singles (try to get your DU)

We have a lot of new people at CFR right now.  Be sure and introduce yourself to them.  The intro classes are packed.  We had 13 people last night.  Seeing all the new people complete some of their first WODs is always fun.  Not because of the painful look on their faces but because it takes you back to when you were in the same position.  This is also a great time to re-assess your fitness goals.  Have you met your goals?  Do you have goals?  What are you doing to accomplish your goals?  Make it a point to work towards your goals every day.  Push yourself harder today than ever before and you will be successful.

  7. I think it’s about time for another CFR party at my place, it would be a great chance for new folks at the gym to get to know everyone and drink heavily. How does Saturday Feb 5th sound? Are people going to be in town?
