I wanted to take this opportunity to clear up any confusion about the CrossFit Total event this Saturday. The CrossFit Total is not a competition. It is a weightlifting WOD. You will find your 1 Rep Max Back Squat, Shoulder Press and Deadlift. You will have 30 minutes for each lift. Once all 3 are complete you add your scores together to find your CrossFit Total.
Again, it is not a competition. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. Remember to sign up if participating. Coffee and fruit will be provided.
