WOD 02-12-2013

Chelsea
I round on the minute every minute for 30 minutes of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
You are out when you fail to complete the work in the minute. You must row 100m for each round you fail to complete. For example: if you only make it through 21 rounds. You failed to complete 9 rounds. You owe a 900m row.

We have some great events coming up surrounding the CrossFit Open. We will be posting a schedule of events in the coming days. The schedule will include the dates and times that we will Judge Open WODs, as well as special events

  4. On another note – We had our first pre-made paleo dinner from Food Studio B and it was fantastic. The portions were large enough and the food delicious. A big thanks to Kyle and Alima for providing a drop-off point for this service.

  5. This is a fun WOD. If you make it through all 30 Rounds you will have completed 150 pull ups
    300 Push Ups and 450 Squats. The last time we completed this WOD was May 14, 2010.

  6. So who do people hate more? Chelsea or Cindy?

  7. I don’t hate either one of those. Unless Kyle makes burpees the penalty on Chelsea. Then I hate Chelsea more. I know some folks have used the Chelsea “technique” to get more rounds on Cindy the next time.

  10. Love this WOD…I actually think this wod is easier than cindy…..bust out 30sec rounds and have 30 secs to rest….. do the math only 15 mins of work vs cindy 20 mins..! Chelsea > Cindy!

  12. I would never have thought it could work, psychologically, to kick people out for missing the interval. But it does work. Weird.
