Skill: 10 Muscle Ups or Bar Muscle Ups
Mobility: foam roll legs for 3 Minutes

Reminder:5:45am classes start next week on Monday,Wednesday and Friday. Be sure to sign up the day before. If no one is signed up, no one is coming to coach/open the gym.



  1. Also, if for some reason I (Brain) am the only one signed up for a 5:45 a.m. class, you also know not to risk it and show up to coach.

  2. I have 8:00 am meetings on Mondays, so I’m signed up for the 5:45 am class. It’s MUCH appreciated!
