10 Med Ball Clean
15 Step Walking Lunge with med ball overhead.

Skill: Pistol, 25 on each leg

  4. Robyn – apparently we cheated. Kyle says resting the ball on your head for the lunges is not allowed 🙂

  6. well, I probably only took a few steps with the ball on my head. It hurt my head with my headband so I didn’t do it nearly as much as I would have liked to!
    Walking funny has set it. and it’s probably only going to get worse!
    the saying goes….don’t ask for permission, just beg for forgiveness. I use this a lot!

  7. well i pretty much walked with it on my head the whole time.
    I told Kyle that it was my gym and I could do the WOD however I wanted 🙂
