We are pleased to announce that Matt Wallington will be joining the CFR staff. Matt will be interning for the next few months prior to becoming a certified instructor. Matt has trained at CFR for over 2.5 years and is constantly working on improving all aspects of his fitness. He has a passion for fitness and for CFR that is inspirational. We look forward to Matt sharing his passion for fitness with everyone at CFR.
