With a partner complete the following:
100 Burpees
100 Pull Ups
80 Med Ball Cleans
75 Sumo Deadlift high Pull 95/65#
75 ring dips
Split any way you want.
Each partner must complete 1 of each movement. You may not work on the same movement at the same time.

Skill: 40 Hip Extensions
Mobility: 3 drills from the OverHead chart.

  3. 22:28 assisted pull ups and ring dips. Rx sumo dead lift high pull.
