  4. Come on, Alima, if crossfit isn’t willing to do all 10 air squats in a warmup do you really think she’ll put in the effort to hit that extra couple of keystrokes to properly capitalize? As Kyle reminds us often, how hard we work and our attention to performing reps correctly says a lot about our character. I’m typing this on my phone (Internet, email, & phones are down at my office), so I hope there aren’t a bunch of errors in this message!
