Don’t forget, Shindigs will be delivering meals Wednesday¬†at 5:45. You are welcome to stay, hang out and eat at CFR. Feel free to bring beer, wine, etc (no liquor).

Make sure you are hydrating properly. As the weather warms up, it is easier to become dehydrated. We will be getting a new shipment of Electrolyte solution in the next week or two. Be sure to get them while we have them in stock. If you have questions about how the electrolytes can help you, let us know.
