Five Rounds for time, rest three minutes between rounds. Post total time.

20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Squats

45 minute time limit.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made Paleo Night a huge success last night. From all accounts everyone had a great time.
