AMRAP 20 Minutes
Run 400 M
25 Pull Ups
25 Box Jumps 24/20″
Compare to 07-23-2012 (it was 17 min, but the same rep scheme.)

Skill: 3- L-sits 20 second hold. Place a 45# plate under your feet. Don’t let your feet hit the plate.
