“The Chief”
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135/95# pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

We will be judging the Open this Saturday at 10:00 am. We will be going to Slice after the WOD to celebrate the conclusion of the Open. All are welcome to attend. This will be a great time to socialize with CFR people while enjoying a great cheat meal. We look forward to seeing you there.

The April COM is posted at the gym. Be sure to attempt it at least once this month

    How can I possible achieve maximum fitness when Anna wasnt punished appropriately. I think a public flogging is in order.
