Mobility: 5 minutes, Athletes choice.

As you know, I am not a big fan of most small time CF competitions. However, pound 4 pound in Montgomery is usually a pretty good competition and it’s coming up in a few weeks. It is unique because body weight factors in to the scoring. They have multiple divisions from advanced to beginner. The individual competition is Saturday, May 3rd.
