Just added a new recipe to the food blog. We made it last week and it was really tasty!
i hate i’m missing today but i’m going to do this at home before volleyball practice… any suggestions for a sub for pull-ups? i’ve got the kb and run ready – just need a sub for pull-ups… i was thinking push-ups or burpees would be easy. would it be effective enough?
burpees are always effective 🙂
I would go with the burpees.
on second thought… i think i’ll opt for sit ups 😀
kidding… i’ll go for burpees… it’s only 36.
C’mon, extra credit, go 2:1 on the burpees…
