Run 400×4 Rest 2 min. between each attempt. 

The deadline for Paleo Challenge Pics, goals and Baseline has been exteneded until Wednesday.  Get your goals sheet at CFR any time between now and Wed.  The challenge starts Monday the 9th.

    i plan to come in tomorrow morning and do baseline. this will be my first baseline since i started crossfit at cfr 1.5 yrs ago! i’m hoping to see that close-to-12 min time be lower 🙂

    Fun times at cfr open gym this morning! After baseline we had a gymnastics session – learning the cartwheel. Next session will refine that movement and introduce the forward tuck roll. 😉
