CFR Summer 2014 Team Challenge:
We are excited to announce a team challenge for this Summer. One Saturday a month in May, June and July we will have a team competition during Open Gym time. Each event will be 1 or 2 WODs. Teams will compete, be judged and scored. At the end of the final competition, winners will be announced. Your team doesn’t have to participate in each of the three events, but your teams chances to win are greater the more often you compete. You can’t switch team mates from month to month, so choose wisely. Teams will be two person teams comprised of either two men or two women. Scaling will be an option if needed.
Competitions will start at 10:00 am and will be followed with an optional gym outing to a local brewery or restaurant.

July 19th
We will post a sign up sheet in the lobby outside the office window. Don’t be afraid to make up an interesting team name. We look forward to these events. This event is designed so that anyone at any level should feel comfortable participating. Scaling will be allowed when needed. We hope to see you there.
