For Time:
Run 1 Mile
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of the following
Squat
Push Up
Kettle Bell Swings 53/35#
Run 800 M

Also:
Shoulder Press 10-10-10-10@ 65% 1RM

No weak push ups. Chest to floor every rep no exceptions.

  4. I think the mile run and the 800m run are the bookends-no multiples on the run. I believe that’s what Phil means by a cash out on the 800m. It’s still part of the timed wod just not in the main portion.
