Also: Run 200M X 8 Rest 2 min between each attempt


Sri deadlifting 435#.  He weighs about 160#.  We also have a vidoe of Lauren pulling 220#.  I missed getting Nicole's 235# pull.  Great lifts all around.

  8. will let you know! the girl that writes the blog is half-lebanese and has converted a lot of middle eastern recipes into paleo versions – i would’ve never thought to use rice-grated cauliflower for the cracked wheat… i may even make the lemony spinach one, too… i’m actually going to use ground beef for the “crust” layers and get some ground lamb for the filling… my mouth is watering already!
