30 Pull Ups

Skill: Walk on Your Hands 20 steps or complete 12 strict Paralette HSPU. Scale to regular HSPU or Handstand Holds. Get upside down.

New Friday Morning classes start June 7th. We will have both the 6:30 and 7:15 classes.

  5. 6 singles?? Did you do the math on that? That’s 1440 singles. I think your calves/Achilles would hate you.

    I’m out of town for the week, but I’m going to Hi-Temp Athletics in Tuscumbia, AL with my mom. I did kipping pull-ups in the WOD for the first time yesterday, and my hands look like i put them up to a cheese grater!! Does it get better? Should I get gloves?? I know I sound like a wimp.

  8. No do not get gloves. Yes it does get better. Hand maintenance is key. I really like ript skin systems. Google them. The kit is like $20 and has lasted me a year.
