"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

BOOT CAMP WOD

For Time

150 sit ups

each time you stop for more than 2 seconds during the 150, flip over and do 10 push ups then start doing sit ups again. 

post the number of push ups completed during the workout.
