There were so many great results from the CFR Performance Based Nutrition Challenge – you guys made it very very difficult to pick a winner! In the end, we found it impossible to narrow the winner down to just one – so we picked two!
Congrats to Shannon Conner and Tom Schmaeling! Both had amazing results in such a short time period and each of them really impressed us from the beginning with their commitment to this challenge. Their hard work has really paid off in both their gym performance and in their body composition.
