In case you guys haven’t seen enough videos today, check this one out. I thought it was appropriate considering we will all be suffering through thrusters today. How does a 325# thruster sound? I wouldn’t have believed it myself if there weren’t video evidence.
Donna, I have been working on a lot of his mobility WODs lately. It is clear that he has a high tolerance for pain.

So foam rollers, are those like the 80’s hair roller things my mom used to have? This is a gym Kyle, not a beauty salon.
