WOD 06-09-2014

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
10 min. EMOM followed by 10 min. AMRAP.
Fail the EMOM and start AMRAP for remainder of the twenty minutes.
Example: only complete 7 minutes of EMOM, use the remaining 13 minutes as AMRAP. RX for this WOD is RX movements plus completion of all ten minutes of the EMOM.

Mobility: 3 drills from the running chart.
