We will have a group from the Exceptional Foundation in the gym tomorrow at 3:00. If you want to volunteer some time and have a lot of fun let me know.

If you are new to the gym and need to complete the CFR Orientation class, we will be holding the class this Tuesday at 6:30pm. All new members must complete this class in their first month of membership.


  1. My son’s PE coach calls these push-ups “superman push-ups.” Much catchier.

  2. What to sub for pull ups and push ups? I’ll be happy when the elbow and shoulder issues are gone. Do I dare say I kinda miss burpees?

  3. 4 rounds. It sure is hot outside!
