We will operate a little differently in the morning and afternoon sessions. A Warm Up will be posted. Complete the warm up and you can start when you are ready. In the morning we will open at 5:45am. You can start the WOD anytime between then and 6:45am.  In the afternoon you will be able to start after we open at 3:45 through 5:45pm. No one will be permitted to start after the noted times above. You must complete the warm up before starting the WOD. The lunch class will run as usual.  We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.
