With a partner complete all of the following. Both partners can work at the same time, but not on the same movement at the same time. Split it any way you want. Each partner completes at least one rep of each movement.
60 Box Step Ups holding a KB 53/35#
100 Burpees
150 Sit Ups
80 Thrusters 95/65#
90 Steps Walking Lunges
