WOD 06-21-2013

1 Round on the minute every minute for 10 minutes:
5 pull ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
After ten minutes go AMRAP for 10 minutes
Post total rounds completed.
** For each of the 1st ten rounds that you fail to complete within the given minute, you will owe 10 Burpees post WOD. Regardless of completion, you will start over each minute.***
