Partner 1- 12 Burpees
Partner 2- Box Step Ups with a plate 24/20″ 45/35#
Each partner will complete 5 sets of Burpees and box step ups while alternating with a partner.
Your score is the number of box step ups you complete. The partner with the most step ups is the winner. The loser must make up the difference in Burpees.
