10 Hang Power Cleans 135/95#
10 Pull Ups

A note regarding class times:
Please make sure you arrive and warm up in time to workout during regular WOD times. For the PM sessions, make sure you are in the gym warming up by 6:30 pm at the latest. If attending the morning classes you must be warmed up and ready by 5:40am. If you can’t make it by the designated times, you will not be able to work out. If you know ahead of time that you will be late, please call or email me and I will try to accomodate you if possible. Thanks for your help with this issue. As you know we share our space with others and we need to make sure we finish on time. This has not been a problem, but I thought it was a good time to review the schedule. Again, thanks for your understanding. You are the greatest CF community around.


  1. I am fired up and ready to go today. It was a really great experience and the ATL crew was awesome! Take home on intensity was “go to the dark place” because thats where the good stuff is. See everyone tonight! Oh – and no tabata 🙂 (bazinga!)
