As I am sure you know, it is hot outside. It is equally hot in the gym. Please be sure to hydrate properly. Proper hydration for today started yesterday and will continue throughout the day. You can’t just drink a few cups of water before heading to the gym. Take proper steps to avoid heat related illness. If you feel like you are overheating during a WOD, head into the lobby and cool off. We train hard. Intensity is what we are all about. However, you need to be aware of how you are handling the heat.

We will be closed Wednesday the 4th. We will also have no morning classes on Thursday the 5th. We will have noon and evening classes on the 5th.
