Yesterday was CFR’s 3rd Birthday. Thanks to all of you guys who have stuck with us and helped us grow. We appreciate each of you. As you all know, we started out in a very small space with 2 clients. We haven’t advertised. You guys have spread the word and we appreciate it. Each year we have marked our birthday with a Member Appreciation Party. This year will be no different. We are planning an event in conjunction with the CrossFit Games on July 14th. It will be food, drink, CF Games and good times. Make plans to attend. More details to follow.

We will be closed Wednesday and Thursday AM. We will be open for Noon and all evening classes in Thursday.
