  3. Well if I am to maintain peak performance there’s no way I am doing 10 push-ups during the warm-up. My standard 8 will have to suffice.

  4. Just go shirtless, Deucey, you’ll be more aerodynamic, thus making the push-ups easier.

  5. I did this one on Wednesday afternoon. My time was 32:23. Very tough in the heat.
