15 Bar muscle ups
(Sub- 3:1 chest to bar pull ups and dips)

Yoga sign up sheet is outside the office. Please sign up if you plan to attend. We need between 25 and 30 participants to make this happen. The cost is $5. The class will be on July 26th at 10:00am.
