In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
This is almost DT. DT has no time component. We have capped it at 20 min. So if you go sub 20 it is DT. If you don’t finish it is more like an AMRAP version of DT.

I too was planning an off-day until I saw this. The fact that I can barely stand up out of my chair, however, means I will not be breaking any speed barriers tonight…Holy Hamstrings, Batman.

I don’t know if its the situps from Wed (though I doubt it) but I am feeling some definite discomfort in the mid-section area. I blame the HPC! This was a killer. When are we gonna do it again…I’d like another chance to try Rx!
