Kettle Bell Swings 53/35#
Burpees
Ring Dips
Med Ball Cleans 20/14#
Any combination you choose. Do some of each in the rep scheme of your choice. You may omit 1 movement if you choose but you must do at least 10 off each of the remaining movements. If confused, I will explain in class.
