  1. I’ve been getting lots of 21DSD questions through text so I know lots of you are getting ready for Monday. If you have questions, please let me know. One thing I want to mention – please read the athlete modifications in the book since all of you are highly active through CF. There is always some confusion that the 21DSD is a low carb program and it is NOT. It’s a reset for sugar addiction so we are eliminating foods that contribute to that. There are many other ways to get carbs besides grains and sweets and you need those carbs when you are exercising. Read her info and lists of approved carbs and let me know if you have questions.

  2. Also if any girls are interested in a pair of Reebok Nanos, Ashley is trying to sell hers – she’s only worn them three times and they are too small. Size 7.5 Nano 3.0 custom designed (red and black). Paid $160 and would like to get close to that OBO.

    • FYI, I just got the Nano 4.0 and I think they run small. I typically wear a 13 and have since I was 12 and I had to move up to a size 14.
      Just my thoughts if you’re buying Nano’s, they seem to run small.
