We would like to make some minor schedule changes in the coming weeks.
As you know, we really value your input. We are sending a short survey out via email this morning. Please take a moment to respond. Any decisions we make will be largely based on the response to the survey.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the party on Friday. Remember the event starts at 6:30. We will have no 5:30 class on Friday. We will have all other classes.

  2. I havent received the survey yet, but I know everyone has been asking so I guess I will start my hot abs class. Itll be on Tues and Satursday at 2:45 (am or pm, does it really matter) and everyone should bring a tub a greek yogurt and a six pack of beer.

  4. You missed the point of hot abs, its like hot yoga but its hot abs. You dont really have to work, you just lay around in an ab belt with some kinda electrodes and of course the room has to be hot. Ill send before and after pictures, its amazing.

    Oh and I am trying to work in a ballet bar (like Pure Barre, cause their teachers are hot) but so far I havent found one rated 300+lbs.
