  3. I thought you all would like this. Nothing like an “easy” WOD to get you through a wednesday afternoon.

  4. i would like it, but i gotta work. well, i still like it… just can’t do it. maybe i’ll make it up saturday. unless CF provides us more manic fun betewen now and then.

  5. you can rest easy knowing that we will have plenty of CF fun between now and Saturday.
