WOD 08-03-2012

In preparation of the upcoming Team WOD Challenge on August 31st,

With a Partner complete the following:
120 Wall Ball 20/14#
90 Box Jumps 24/20″
60 Pull Ups
50 Thrusters 95/65#
30 Toes to Bar

Each team member must complete at least one rep of each movement. One Barbell per team. Partners can work on different movements at the same time, not the same movement at the same time. This WOD may be performed in any order split any way.

Each Team must be comprised of 4 people. Each team must have at least member of the opposite sex. This will be a multiple WOD competition. BYOB after party.
