Run 400M x 4 Rest 2 minutes between each run. These are max effort runs.

The CFR End of Summer Nutrition Challenge will take place August 19-September 17. We will hold a pre-challenge seminar on August 13th at 7:00 pm. We have a great challenge lined up with a lot of great resources. We hope you are planning to participate.


  1. Is there going to be time or any information for those of us who will be unable to attend on august 13th?

  2. Yes. You will have access to all the info you need even if you can’t attend the seminar. And of course, we will be happy to answer any questions.
    I’ve been working on all the details for the challenge and should have them posted soon.
