The new Monday morning classes and Friday Lunch class begin this week. Make sure to take advantage of the new classes. We must avoid the over crowding that occurred in the 5:30 class last Friday. Many people who did not register for that class showed up. Please register. If the class is full, add yourself to the wait list. If a spot opens up you will be added to the class. if a class is full, there is no guarantee that just showing up will get you in the class. It is our goal to maintain manageable class sizes with no waiting and no overcrowding. Thanks for your understanding.

Remember: We are collecting $10 per person for Pizza and Popsicles following the team competition on August 31st. There is no charge to attend, compete or spectate. You only need to pay if you plan on eating. Remember the after party is BYOB.

The team competition is shaping up to be pretty strong. We have multiple teams in both the RX and scaled divisions. One team is short a female. Let them know if you are interested. The sign up sheet is outside the office window.
