Also: Squat 2-2-2-2 @ 95% 1 RM

Don't forget about the gymnastics seminar this Saturday.  We will have open gym before and after the seminar.  We will not have open gym while the seminar is in progress

  3. Is anyone else having problems with mindbody? I can’t get it to load at all, fails to connect to the server.

  4. katie, i didn’t have any trouble loading mindbody just now. you may want to check again – maybe the issues you had earlier have been fixed?

  5. No problems with getting to mindbody for me. If you still can’t log in, email us and I will save a spot for you in the class. Mondays are the busiest so you definitely want to save a spot.
